Shipping Policy

Block & Hold is a trading name of WOLFOAKCONSULTING LTD (company number 17280382, registered in England & Wales). We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the below so you know what to expect.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales, new launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping Rates

  • UK: £2.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders over £50
  • US, Canada & Australia: calculated at checkout based on destination

All orders are sent on a tracked service so you can follow your order's progress.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Australia: 8–15 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track it using the link in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Orders Outside the UK)
For orders shipped to the US, Canada, or Australia, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. We are unable to predict or refund these charges. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or import charges are not paid, resulting in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error or failure to collect, any re-delivery costs will be payable by the customer.

Risk of Loss
Once we hand your order to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to you, subject to your statutory rights. If tracking confirms delivery to the address you provided, we are unable to offer a refund or free replacement.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please first check the tracking, and any safe spots or with neighbours. If you still can't locate it, contact us at contact@blockandhold.com with your order number — we'll work with the carrier to investigate. Please allow up to 21 business days from dispatch before a parcel is considered lost.
